3 If I apply for transfer, what grade will I start in? Course and Class Adjustments are registered to the relevant class after being evaluated by the Exemption and Adjustment Commission according to the relevant articles of the Directive on the Principles of Horizontal Transfer and Vertical Transfer to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Associate and Undergraduate Programs.
4 Is it possible to transfer between programs? If the base score of the year you are placed is equal to or higher than the base score of the program you want to transfer to in the same year, you can transfer with the Central Score (Additional Article-1).
5 What are the documents requested for the Transfer Application? On the dates specified in the Academic Calendar, an announcement about the necessary documents and the process is published on the University's WEB page.
6 Which courses will I take after transfer? After the course adjustment is made by the Exemption and Adjustment Commission on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar, the exempted courses are transferred to the Student Information System.
8 Can 4th Year Students Transfer? -4th grade students cannot apply for transfer according to achievement status.
-No grade requirement is required for transfer applications with central placement score.
9 Is there a preparation in the department I want to transfer to, and if so, is it compulsory to study preparation? -Preparatory class is compulsory in the International Relations (English) Program.
-International Relations (Turkish) and Political Science and Public Administration Departments have an optional preparatory class.
10 How many times can students transfer according to the central placement score? Students can transfer only once according to the central placement score. However, students who transfer in accordance with the aforementioned article can return to the higher education institution where they have earned the right to enroll as a result of ÖSYS central placement in later application dates.
11 -Is it possible to transfer to the Faculty of Open Education?
-When is the Transfer Application for the Faculty of Open Education?		 Students can transfer according to the Academic Calendar of Open Education Faculties.
12 Is it possible to transfer from associate to undergraduate or from undergraduate to associate according to the central placement score? Yes, it can be done.
13 How can I transfer to KYK dormitories? Information about KYK dormitories can be obtained from the KYK directorates of the relevant province.
14 Can students who are placed with DGS be transferred? Yes, students who are placed with DGS can transfer according to the Success Status or with the Central Placement Score.

1 I have e-registered. Do I need to come to your university and register? The registrations of students who e-register are valid.

4 How and when can I get my Student Card? Students can get their Student Card from the Student Affairs Unit of the Faculty in the week when the academic year starts.
5 How can I apply for KYK dormitories? Information about KYK dormitories can be obtained from the KYK directorates of the relevant province.
6 Where can I access the course schedule? The current course schedule can be found on the WEB page of our faculty.
Sequence No. COURSE REGISTRATION and COURSES
1 I lost my Student Card. How can I apply for a new card? Students can request a new card from the E-Request system on the welcome page of REBIS for a fee updated every year.
2 How can I register for classes? Students can register for courses on REBIS by contacting their Academic Advisor on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
3 I forgot my REBIS password, how can I get a new password? They can create a new password after resetting the password by contacting the Student Affairs Unit of our faculty.
4 When do course registrations start?  Students can find the course registration dates in the Academic Calendar.
5 The quota for the elective course I want to choose is full. Can I take that course during the Add-Drop period? If a quota is opened during the Add-Drop Period, the requested elective course can be taken by contacting the Academic Advisor.
6 What is the maximum number of credits or courses I can take? Students can take a maximum of 40 credits in one semester.
8 Do I need to register for a “Single Course”? Students who have only one course left do not have to register if they wish to do so.
9 Is it compulsory to take university elective courses? In order to graduate from four-year undergraduate programs, 240 credits must be completed. University Elective Course (UES) is subject to 240 credits.

11 Although I passed conditionally with a DC grade, it appears in the course registrations. Do I need to take the course again? Students can take the course they passed conditionally with a GPA of DC.
12 What is the condition for passing conditionally with a DC grade? In order to pass conditionally with DC, the semester average (YANO) of the semester in which the course is given must be 2 or above.
13 I can't take upperclass courses, why? Students with a Grade Point Average (GPA) below 1.50 cannot take upperclass courses.
Sequence No. TUITION PROCESSES
1 Why does my tuition debt appear in the Student Information System?  After 8 semesters, students who cannot graduate, extend their semester or study at a second university have to pay tuition fees.
2 I am not registering for classes this semester, do I still have to pay tuition? Students do not pay tuition in the semester in which they do not register for courses.
3 I accidentally paid the tuition fee, is there a refund and how can I get it back?  Students who have paid incorrect tuition debts are refunded if they apply to the Student Affairs Unit of our Faculty or the Student Affairs Department with the tuition debt refund form.
4 If I don't register for the Single Course Exam, do I still have to pay tuition if I just take the exam?  Students who will take the Single Course Exam do not need to pay the tuition debt if they do not register for the course.

1 Can I take summer teaching at another university?  In accordance with the second paragraph of Article 6 of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Summer Education Directive, courses can be taken from the summer education of other higher education institutions for the courses of the programs that do not have summer education and the courses that the student wants to take in the program in which he / she is enrolled but cannot or cannot be opened in the summer education at the University.
2 What should I do to go to another university's summer program? The relevant articles of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Summer Education Directive allow students to take summer courses at other universities.
3 Which courses are offered in summer education?  Courses are opened according to Article 9 of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Summer Education Directive.
4 Is there a quota for summer courses and how many quotas are available? In order for a course to be offered in summer education, at least 15 quotas must be filled.
5 What is the maximum number of courses I can take in summer school?  A maximum of four (4) courses can be taken in summer education.
6 The course I was going to take at another university is not open, can I take another course instead?  With the approval of the Head of Department, course changes can be made in summer education.

1 I've passed all my classes. When will I graduate? After the course grade is entered into the system, the graduation process is initiated by the Department of Student Affairs and the YÖKSİS information is updated within one week at the latest.
2 My YÖKSİS information from E- Devlet is not up to date. How can we update it?  YÖKSİS information is updated by the Student Affairs Department.
3 Can I receive my diploma by mail?  Yes, it can be requested from the diploma unit of the Student Affairs Department.
4 I lost my university diploma. How can I request a new university diploma?  A new diploma can be issued upon application to the diploma unit of the Student Affairs Department.
5 What are the requirements for undergraduate students to benefit from the Extra Exam?  In accordance with the relevant articles of Article 44 (c) of the Higher Education Law No. 2547, students who have completed their maximum periods have the right to take the 1st and 2nd Supplementary Exams on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.

1 When are the Special Student Applications? They can apply to our Faculty as a Special Student on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar each semester.
2 I want to apply as a special student, what should I do?  According to Article 39 of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulations, they can apply as Special Students on the dates specified in the Academic Calendar.
